Large, clean, comfortable double room to let in semi-detached family-type house in Parkstone, in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Ashley road.

Location is pretty ideal - 2 minutes walk to Ashley road - shops, takeaways, Waitrose/Co-op supermarkets, main bus route for 20 minute journeys to either Bournemouth or Poole.

Room itself was refurbished less than a year ago, and comes fully furnished with wooden double bed with storage space underneath, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, clothes rail, full length mirror, and ample corner desk. Bathroom has been newly renovated to a high standard. Access to fully stocked kitchen with washer/dryer. Fairly large garden at back and shed for safe storage of bikes etc. Driveway at front for off-road parking.

£375 per month includes all bills, fast wi-fi internet, (plus the room also has ethernet access).

To share with one other person at present, who is very clean and quiet, looking for similar type of person, preferably a working professional, or mature student.

I will add that we do accept smokers, but that does not mean you can smoke in the room (apparently this is a hard concept for some people), smoking in the back garden is fine :)
