The single room is £200 PCM excluding bills. This single bedroom is brilliant for the price. It is part furnished i. e. bed cupboard and curtains. It also has an additional cupboard next to the room. Plenty of storage available and space for a single.

There is a large bathroom shared between 3 people and an additional cloakroom upstairs. The kitchen is a large custom designed kitchen, offering plentiful space for utensils etc and includes all the modern NEFF appliances- fridge/ freezer, microwave, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

An arranged cleaner comes in weekly to clean the communal areas and can clean the rooms as well if that is required by the individual sharer's.
