Double bedroom - Parkstone - all bills included

Hi,

I am in the process of buying my first property and am looking for someone to come rent my second bedroom. I'm not against renting it to someone who likes to keep to themselves, however, I would prefer someone I can come home from work to and have a beer/cup of tea/glass of wine with and chat about our day etc. I would describe the bedroom as medium sized (11" x 10. 5"), it will be fully furnished (unless you specifically want to bring your own bedroom furniture), will include all bills and is available from the middle/end of July. The property is a maisonette, with a large separate kitchen and lounge, a shower/bathroom and a separate toilet. My bedroom is isolated on the top floor. The parking is in a free road next to the flat and has ample space (I've never seen it more than half full). The flat will be fit with the Virgin Media package, the Big Kahuna which includes most channels, very fast internet and there will be a box in your room and the lounge. The flat is situated at the top of constitution hill road in Parkstone and is right outside a bus route to Bournemouth and Poole. It's a short (5 minute) walk to Ashley Cross as well.

A bit about me; I'm a 23 year old professional working in Poole. I'm a keen cyclist and have recently got back into sailing. I have a fairly busy social life and will have people round at the weekends/weekdays occasionally (don't worry, it won't be 24/7). I am starting a professional qualification in August so I will be spending a lot of my
time studying from then. I want the flat to be your home as well as my own, that will be very important to me, I don't want to be seen as "the landlord".
