Lovely en-suite double room in garden flat

Hi :) I'm looking for a friendly, sociable flatmate to come and share my new flat (rented) which is in a lovely road in Lower Parkstone, halfway between Penn Hill and Ashley Cross. £500 a month for the room, includes council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband, cable tv.

It's a great flat, with conservatory and front and rear gardens. Quality flooring throughout and a new kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine (all new). I have some of my own furniture, so can furnish your bedroom if required. The room is painted pale blue, has it's own en-suite shower room and a built in wardrobe. It's a decent enough size, plenty of room for double bed and drawers etc. but this is a house share, not just a room so you are free to put stuff in other rooms too.

A bit about me, I'm a single female with wide range of sporty interests like sailing, windsurfing, cycling, golf. I'm not huge on watching TV but don't mind a bit of Masterchef. I'm a teacher, fairly tidy, fine in the mornings once I've had a coffee. I've got a really cool cat that will live with us too (Eric).

Looking for someone I can get on well with, male or female. Not looking to rent to a couple, but would have no problem with boyfriends/girlfriends staying over.
