Hi :) I'm looking for a flatmate to share a lovely flat in Lower Parkstone. The flat is situated halfway between Penn Hill and Ashley Cross, both within easy walking distance.

The room is double sized with an ensuite toilet/basin/shower room. There is a built in cupboard for hanging space. It is painted pale blue which gives the room a light feel and has a new, good quality carpet (as has the rest of the flat). The room can be furnished or unfurnished as required.

It's a great flat, with front and rear gardens and off-road parking. It is in excellent order throughout, with a new kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, range style cooker and plenty of storage cupboards. There is a conservatory and living room to share, with TV with surround sound and cable TV and broadband.

A bit about me, I'm a single female with mostly sporty interests like sailing, other watersports and generally things that involve being outdoors. I have a cat (Eric) that lives here too, he's pretty cool as cats go. I'm looking for someone I can get along well with and flexible with moving in date.
