We are looking for a housemate to come and live in our clean and tidy house preferably from 22nd August 2015 (date can be flexible if necessary).
The house is currently occupied by 2 x males and 2 x females.
The house has 4 x double bedrooms, 2 x bathrooms, shared lounge, shared kitchen and large garden with SEA VIEW. There is plenty of space on the road to park a car or the bus stops are within walking distance.
We dont have any preference to a male or female housemate however someone between the age of 24 and 35 would be ideal.
Deposit is £350
