Hi, we have 2 large double rooms available in a beautiful, massive flat in a fantastic location in Ashley Cross, literally 2 minutes from Parkstone Train Station, bus routes into Poole and Bournemouth, and the bars and cafes of Ashley Cross.

The rooms are fully furnished (but it's no problem if you have your own furniture, the rooms can be offered unfurnished so there's flexibility there), and comes with all mod cons.

Absolutely all bills are included in the rent (gas, electricity, water, council tax, wifi, absolutely everything...) which is £500 per month for a large double room, £525 for an even bigger double room with a little alcove with a view, and £550 for the large double with en suite.
