Great location to live opposite a park, the Fishermans walk, that leads down to the beach. (3 or 4 minutes walk to cliff top and beach).Good access to Language schools and colleges. Shops and buses etc are within 2 minutes, train station only 10 minutes walk. The property is the Top 50% of a Large older House and has a lovely bright aspect ! all rooms receiving plenty of natural light. The kitchen, fondly known as the tree house has windows to 50% of the room a great meeting place for a chat or coffee with fellow house mates. The Lounge is very warm & friendly with a small balcony. We have a small garden with a sun deck that has a table and chairs etc , plus drive way parking. Average age of household is around 30's with a strong tendency towards "a Fitness Life Style", majority are gym members and cycling enthusiasts! There is a cleanliness policy in place where everyone helps out on a cleaning rota to make sure Hygiene is kept to a high standard, you will be expected to join in. (Non smoking naturally)
