Spacious room in a Central 2 bed flat

Hello! My name is Harry, and I'm looking for a flatmate for my large and fully furnished 2 bed 2 bath flat. The priority for me is to get someone in who is like-minded, so please tell me a bit about yourself when you enquire! The flat is very close to Poole Quay and surrounding beaches which is great for someone who likes being by the sea, but not far from the action! Your bedroom has A large 3-door cupboard and king-size ottoman, so there's plenty of storage! The main bathroom would be yours, though the odd bath and use for when people are over would be much appreciated. There is visitor parking and I am also looking to find you a parking space if you need it! There is secure bike storage on the ground floor, and Poole Quay is a few minute's walk away.

I spend a fair amount of my free time at the local yacht club racing and cruising socially. I'd happily take any interested people along with me! I'm an engineer who is super enthusiastic about all things science and tech, but equally very social and enjoy spending my weekends out and about with my girlfriend and friends who visit often. I would happily let you do the same! Equally, my weekdays are very busy, so Monday to Friday I really appreciate coming home to a relaxed environment. I would love a housemate who makes the flat a home.
Someone who loves food/ cooking and sharing meals but equally, sometimes I appreciate just chilling with a takeaway pizza.
