Double Room for Rent

Hello,

I am a 32 year old professional and I have a small double room becoming available around June/July in a 3 bedroom house in Poole. You would be sharing the house with myself and my dog so must be an animal person. Must be able to PASS A CREDIT CHECK/REFERENCE with agency as you will be taking over other tenant on tenancy agreement.

Available June/July

You would have;

Seperate living room space downstairs to furnish/use as and when you want
Large garden with BBQ
Driveway for 2 cars
Single bed and drawers furnished but can bring own double bed/furniture

Location is a 5 minute walk to bus stops into Bournemouth/Pool town and the beach. Top of the road is a high street with plenty of shops also and close to a leisure centre/retail park.

The person must be house proud, tidy and clean. I work full time and my dog stays in the house in the day so if you are not full time. you would need to be happy to have her company :) I am happy with someone who wants their solitude or someone that would like more of a friendship.

Non smoker
Dog considered but would need to be a small dog as my dog is reactive to medium/larger sized.
