I live with my young daughter Lilly (6) in Penn Hill, Lower Parkstone, and I have a spare double room for rent in a three bedroom house with a small garden & on road parking right outside front door.
Very close to all bus & train routes to Westbourne (5 mins) & Bournemouth Town centre (10mins). Great location; close to beaches plus Ashley Cross & Canford Cliffs.
My home is clean & tidy and the room has in built wardrobes, a double bed together with plenty of storage space, TV & free view. Whilst I am very friendly & enjoy a relaxed family atmosphere, I am looking to rent out my spare room not house share; this is particularly important as downstairs is open plan. I am also only looking to rent Mon- Fri basis & females only.
I work 3 days a week as a Financial Advisor whilst Lilly goes to school so we have a busy set routine during the week usually out of the house all day.
We are a very friendly family looking for someone kind & friendly & trustworthy that will fit in with ease.
