Large room in clean quiet and friendly house!

The Room

Hi! I'm looking for a new lodger to rent a large double room in my 3 bedroom house.

The room is large, has a pine double bed, wall mounted TV / DVD player, set of drawers and large wardrobe and has recently been decorated and carpeted.

I'm a 'live in' landlord with my partner but I often work away. The house is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood and has excellent transport links. It is also close to Tower Park, Tesco and Canford Heath is at the end of the road - great if you like the outdoors.

I'm looking for a fun, friendly and tidy lodger. If you're that person get in contact and come and have a look.

The house is modern, the lounge is comfortable and has flat screen tv, broadband, log burning stove & large dinner table. The house also has a new kitchen with all new appliances.

There are two bathrooms, both newly furnished with a good bath and hot power shower.

Parking, driveway, garden front and back, vegetable garden, outdoor barbeque, garage and plenty of loft space for storage.

The house is close to the Dorset Way so easy commute to Poole or Bournemouth, also bus stops to both only a minute walk away. Direct access to Canford Heath - 5 mins walk.

I will require references. May consider certain pets, feel free to ask.
