A fabulous room close to Poole Town centre. A spacious house with great facilities and all bills included, all within walking distance of Poole Town Centre.

The rent includes all bills including Council Tax, super fast wireless and fixed Cat 5 Broadband. Weekly cleaner to all shared areas, including kitchen and shower rooms.

All rooms are fully furnished with contemporary furniture, tv and Broadband points. This room has electric shutters to blackout the room!

The house has 2 shower rooms, one has recently been refurbished, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including washing machine and tumble dryer. The .lounge has a 40" smart TV. A great conservatory is fitted at the rear of the house.

Shops, Poole Town Centre and main line railway within walking distance and regular buses every few minutes.

All the house shares are like minded working adults and professionals. Although all rooms are doubles we are unable to accommodate couples.

The house is a fully licensed and regulated house share complying with all current regulations.

All deposits are held with the Deposit Protection Service.
