The other tenant currently staying at the house is a twenty four year old professional female.

The house has a homely feel to it. There is a large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, , electric double oven and gas hob.. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.. There's, a rotary dryer in the garden and off the utility room is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash basin.,. There is also off street parking, central heating and hard wired fire and burglar alarms. There is a separate fridge freezer in the garage. The house is set in a quiet close near shops, bus stops, parks, yacht clubs (open to the public which often have live music), pubs, restaurants and cafes..

Ideal for a professional single person or couple! For a single person the rent is £550 plus a deposit of £550. For couples the rent is £700 plus a deposit of £700.

One month’s minimum notice of vacating the room is required or one month's payment in lieu of notice.
