I have for rent one single room in a quiet road in GFF Hamworthy for professional, respectful, clean, young working person or student. Sorry no couples or pets please.

Share of clean kitchen, bathroom and garden with myself and 1 other. No shared living space. garden with decked area.

£370 pcm or £86 pw all rent, council tax, bills within reason (except phone) and wifi included. I require 1 months rent upfront to secure the room and 1 months rent as a deposit in lieu of a months notice.

Furnished with single bed, leather armchair, built in wardrobe, 2 x bedside drawers, small tv and freeview box.

Ample on road parking, couple of minutes walk to the train station and bus stops. Close to local shops, pubs, beaches, parks, countryside and walking distance to Poole Quay and town.

You would be sharing with myself (the landlord) and my female flatmate. We are pretty relaxed & like to have a laugh, but do like to keep a clean home. I am a community nurse, and my flatmate is a youth worker, therefore are both responsible, CRB checked people.
