Have double room in family home. Sharing with myself and two daughters. I have had tenant for three and half years but now moving on to live with partner. The room is large double room plus another room which has a leather sofa and coffee table in it (this room has doors leading out to the back garden)This can be used as a lounge. Has own toilet and wash basin. Has own mini kitchen which has been equipped with fridge, sink, cupboards. Bathroom is shared on top floor of house. There is ample of road parking. The bedroom has built in wardrobes which has two sides of hanging space and shelf's in the middle and is mirrored. Rent includes all bills.
