New kitchen with your own space provided in food cupboard and fridge/freezer. Shared dining room. Large, clean bathroom with corner bath and separate shower. Parking available on local public roads.

Me: I work full time and go to the gym most evenings after work. I am friendly and polite but like my own space mid-week due to my very busy job.

I'm looking for a professional or post graduate housemate who is clean, tidy & quiet and wants a comfortable home.

Would prefer someone who regularly works weekends and/or has occasional weekends away.
