Looking for a tidy, relaxed, non-smoking professional person to move in. Unfortunately unable to take students, couples or DSS lodgers due to insurance restrictions.

I am an easy-going, relaxed 32 year old professional who works full time. I enjoy travel, snow boarding, skate boarding, music, movies, cars and walking my dog. The owner of the house is mostly away but will reside in the house from time to time.

You will have shared use of the kitchen and washing machine with me, in the main house. The lodger's room also has its own microwave, kettle, toaster and small fridge. There is a double bed (linen provided), a desk and chair, bookshelf, wardrobe, kitchen storage cupboard, WiFi and Freeview box. The garden and living area of main house are not shared, or shared by arrangement only.

The house is in easy walking distance to Poole train and bus station (half a mile), town centre, Poole Hospital and Poole Quay.

On street permit parking only but car-owners could purchase an annual permit from the council . There is some free parking between 6pm and 8am on the single yellow line.
