This room is huge and more like a studio than a room (see pics). It contains a double bed, wardrobe, bookcase, drawers, sofa, dining table and chairs and fridge with separate freezer.

It is bright and benefits from a south facing bay window. You can also have your own off street parking space if you need it . You’ll have access to our fast virgin internet connection. It is on the ground floor with shower room opposite it (with shower plus toilet and sink). Large kitchen/utility room with table and chairs plus large garden for sunny days. .

The house is in an excellent location- being easy walking distance from Poole town centre, the hospital (less than a 5 min walk), the quay, the restaurants and pubs of Ashley cross and beautiful Poole park. Good public transport links (lots of buses including M1 and M2 run from the end of road) and close to town for the train station and main bus station. Ideal for those training or working at hospital or RNLI or anywhere in Poole centre.

This is a room available to rent in our family home. We have a cleaner weekly too. :-)

We grow our own veg so you'd be welcome to get involved with that too and we have chickens . :-)

Please note we won't accept pets/ smokers (regular/casual/odd one!) at all.
