I am offering a lovely sunny double room at the rear of my house in a residential road. The house is just off of the Ashley road in Parkstone so great links for in and around Dorset.
I am a teacher and looking to live with a professional of a similar age. Although I now own my house I have previously rented and enjoy sharing my home. I'm Looking for someone that can be respectful while also adding some life into the house and enjoy sharing.
I have a small white dog that does not shed fur and does not yap. She is very lovable and no hassle at all. She does not go into the room.
The rent includes all bills.
The room is furnished and parking is available on the road.
