It's a very sunny warm studio flat, with a new luxury carpet.
Once I’ve found the right person, I would allow them stay there indefinitely.
Its near the Train station, Coach Station and Bus station +Asda is also close.
In seconds you are walking on the quay's old pebble roads, it has quite an atmosphere.

Try something new, either sleep on one of the brand new hammocks like in avatar :) or use the futon type mattress.
Use the computer desk etc as needed (it lights up in the evening)

There is a shower adapter connection which is ok, but bath is better as the chlorine is removed, the water purified and softened, which makes for silky relaxing baths. So if your skin is sensitive in any way this will help you a lot.

Includes secure keypad house alarm, so please remember to alarm when going out.
Outside the front door is room for 2 bikes and scooter, I have some locks already to use. and when I bring my bike back I can let you use it. Also a large storage cupboard outside which has extra winter bedding, a sturdy Brabantia iron board, steam iron and Dyson hoover all ready to use. +Lots of space for clothes with the hanging rails in 3 places and large shelves in the other room.

If your afraid or don't like bugs or spiders etc, then you will enjoy the windows all kitted out with fly nets, I hardly see any since.

A large furnished loft with wood floor that can store many things, you can’t quite stand up in it, but my friends used to hang out there kind of like a tree house with TV's bean bag and rugs as carpet. I once even slept up there, but it’s not recommended as it doesn't have proper ventilation.

A Newly fitted smoke detector & carbon monoxide detector are in place.

Plants, please if you can water them better than I do :) they will love you.
