Hello,

As a house we are friendly, sociable and easy going. We tend to have a 'house night' once a week which usually consists of some wonderful home cooked food or an adventure out somewhere!
This is often combined with the odd glass of prosecco, and a great deal of laughs.

We have had a fantastic summer and now getting ready for a cosy winter with movie nights, bowling nights food themed nights & hopefully some snowball fights if we are lucky. Also if you are familiar with the area you will know there are some artificial ski slopes not too far away, and this is being planned as a house outing along with a ski trip due in the new year!

All of us are working professional people who often in the week retire to our rooms, although there's usually someone about to have a chat with in our lovely modern kitchen, and then on the weekends all have our own lives, but tend to hang out with each other if we have no other plans!

We are looking for some one who is clean, tidy, respectful and is looking for more than just a place to crash and more of a place to call home.

This house teams up with its sister house in Parkstone for theme nights, that has another 5 great housemates so we often have different themed nights where we integrate with them too.

This particular property is the only one that teams up with the sister house, and we are very excited to welcome more people to our family.

All of the bills are included, and you have the benefit of the whole house being furnished including the kitchen having everything you need in terms of pots & pans & utensils etc!

The rooms are all furnished so you literally just need to bring yourself :)

ABOUT THE HOUSE:

- would suit working professional as would be living with like minded people between the ages of 22-34

- this is a friendly share house with professionals. The aim is for everyone to feel comfortable and there are house nights once a week which if you would like to be part of feel free - but a time to get to know everyone and have some fun. This is not a party house. Just a nice sociable place to live!
