So who would you be living with? As a house we are friendly, sociable and easy going. We tend to have a 'house night' once a week which usually consists of some wonderful home cooked food or an adventure out somewhere!
This is often combined with the odd glass of prosecco, and a great deal of laughs.

Last summer was fantastic and having spent a cosy winter with movie nights, bowling nights and food themed nights we cant wait for the summer again!

All of us are working professional people who often in the week retire to our rooms, although there's usually someone about to have a chat with if you want to pop down to the lovely modern kitchen, and then on the weekends all have our own lives, but tend to hang out with each other if we have no other plans! We are all between the ages of 22 - 31

We are looking for some one who is clean, tidy, respectful and is looking for more than just a place to crash and more of a place to call home.

This house teams up with its sister house in Sandbanks for theme nights, that has another 7 great housemates so we often have different themed nights where we integrate with them too - their house is in Sandbanks so often the beach is involved!

This particular property is the only one that teams up with the sister house, and we are very excited to welcome more people to our family. This house advertised is brand new and so much effort and attention to detail has gone in to the finishing of the rooms.

All of the bills are included, and you have the benefit of the whole house being furnished including the kitchen having everything you need in terms of pots & pans & utensils etc!

There's a couple of parking spaces at the back of the property for those who have cars but is first come first serve, as well as street parking. There is also a bike store as you come in with space for 3 bikes.

The rooms are all furnished so you literally just need to bring yourself :)
