So I am renting my furnished spare room out for 400pcm. (note I have a large double which I'd be willing to rent for 450pcm)
It's a small flat in Upper Parkstone close to Bournemouth, Poole, the Uni, main bus routes and Branksome train station.
There is plenty of road parking, and I also have a garden, patio and shed. Use of kitchen, bathroom, garden, WiFi and bills all included!
Primarily I'm looking for somebody respectful and tidy! I'll also take Monday to Friday lodgers.
Sorry no dogs or smokers.
