Spacious double rooms with en-suite shower room.

I have two double rooms, with en-suite shower rooms, to let for a three month duration (Jan, Feb & March).
The house is a couple of miles from Poole town centre, is on a bus route and within walking distance of Rockley Caravan Park, Hamworthy park, their beaches and the nature reserve.
In addition to the bedrooms, the house benefits from a guest living room with DVD cinema and easy access to the back garden, patio and swimming pool. There is a small gym on the top floor, together with "chill-out" area.
The main living and dining area has a BluRay surround sound cinema system and BT TV (sports package).
The large kitchen has a large US fridge, range cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The breakfast area looks out onto the harbour and has access to the terrace and garden.
There is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. WiFi is available throughout the house.
In previous years, van owners from the local holiday park have rented these rooms and enjoyed easy access to their vans during the days.
