Poole Double Room

I have a lovely room available in Poole: it has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It's within walking distance of Poole town centre and about 30 seconds away from a Co-op supermarket - so food, etc... is never far away!

High street shops like Next, Argos, W. H. Smiths etc... together with Starbucks Coffeeshop and Caffe Nero are just 10 minutes away. The house is also conveniently close to a bus and train station. Poole Hospital is located at the end of the road.

This is a strictly non-smoking house for professional people only. There 3 other people in the house ... who are very friendly, 'normal' and considerate. This not a student house ... everything is clean and tidy with double glazing and central heating. There's a small garden at the rear, with a place for bicycles, etc.

Wireless Broadband is available.

There's parking outside the house and are buses nearby, too.

You will have direct 24/7 access to the landlord (landlord does not live in), so there's no hassles dealing with an agency or paying any fees to them. You can call me 24/7.
