Sandbanks Double Room/ Flat Share

Hi- I'm Jamie, I have a double room available sharing a beautiful open plan flat in Sandbanks. My housemate has been relocated at work so I am looking for someone to fill the room. It's in a great location- a short walk from what has recently been voted the best beach in England and the 4th best in Europe. It has a patio area at the back looking out onto Poole Harbour so it's great spot to be in.

About me: I am a 32 year old male, I work in engineering and enjoy kitesurfing (which is ideal as Poole Harbour is my back garden!). I'm easy to get on with and enjoy being outdoors. The rent is £650 all in and the lease is for a minimum of 6 months with one month's deposit (I may be open to shorter lets). There is wifi/ Sky TV (also linked to your room) and a good amount of storage space. The place has also had a refurb recently in which a new dishwasher/ washing machine and shower were put in and other general improvements were made.
