Amazing manor house flatshare in Sandbanks!!

An amazing opportunity to live 1 min from the Beach in a lovely spacious flat in a converted manor house.

Sharing with 2 females 1 male. Between the ages 26 - 33. We're looking for a male flatmate to keep the balance ideally.
I have lived in the flat for 5 years and have loved every moment!

The room is a small Double, cosy but still plenty of room for a double bed and storage. The flat is very big so plenty of room to store any stuff you might have.

The flat is a stone throw away from the beach, and has ample parking outside.

The flat offers a large shared lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a garage for water sports gear and bikes. Wifi and TV freeview is all set up.

Bills are extra but don't add up to too much. Rent is paid by direct debit to estate agent and bills are a shared responsibility amongst the house mates.

Deposit of £250 needs to be paid prior to moving in day to the flatmate who is moving out.
