The two bedroom cottage has a big garden with fruit trees, patio, conservatory, driveway, central heating, kitchen with an Aga, washer/dryer in utility room, living room, study and two bathrooms.

Larger bedroom for rent is fully furnished and contains two twin beds, chest of drawers, two chairs, one night stand, one printer table and a desk. No additional furniture may be moved in.

Also exclusive use of the big bathroom with the bathtub. No shower in that one, but the bath taps have been replaced with one that has a shower head so it's easy to wash your hair.

Includes utilities, broadband and Vodafone Sure Signal mobile phone coverage booster. Lanline calls are 'Pay as you go' so you will be responsible for paying for your own phone calls.

This room is a 5 day Monday-Friday rental.

This room is for single occupancy only so no couples and no sleepovers.

I will only rent this room Monday to Friday to a Professional Female who works full time. Please provide occupation, place of employment, working hours, current address/landlord details and reason for leaving when contacting me for the first time. Also provide where you plan to stay on the weekends.

Live in landlady with allergies so no pets.
