Large Double With Ensuite Southbourne

Hello I have a lovely large double room with nearly new, modern en-suite shower and toilet. It is available in our friendly house, just a short walk to Southbourne's shops, the mainline train station and buses into the town centre. BEST of all its only a 10 min walk to the beach!

You will be living with a sociable bunch, all professionals; one couple and one gal and one guy.

The house was completely renovated only a year ago so is still lovely, with plenty of facilitates for all. There is a garden with a bike shed, good sized kitchen and plenty of on road parking as well as a cosy, sociable shared lounge. A communal cleaner comes in once a week so no one has to scrub the shower on a regular basis!

ALL bills are indeed included and within this is also super fast virgin media.

The room will not be available to view until after Sun 23rd March but please do get in touch to arrange an evening after that.
