I am a very friendly single young lady and I live with my daughter who is 24 years old.
We are looking for a quiet single professional female, who will enjoy a very quiet and clean house, also someone who will preferably not work odd hours.
This is an extremely well presented, luxurious and spacious modern house. The room contains a double bed (two single beds together), a three-door wardrobe and a bedside cabinet.
My kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The bathroom has a shower over bath. Free unlimited wi-fi, all bills included.
Our house is in an extremely quiet cul-de-sac in Boscombe East (definetelly NOT Boscombe please!), two minutes walk to Christchurch Road where you can find buses to Bournemouth Town Centre, Springbourne and Christchurch. Very close to Pokesdown rail station, Tesco and Sainsbury's, also to Southbourne beach. There is no parking, but it is very easy and safe to park on the road.
One month's rent in advance, but I may consider less.
