Room available for one or two females, weekly payment to be arranged.

I have this double room available in my home and I am looking for a professional, mature, trustworthy, respectful, polite and responsible female. I travel quite a lot so you would be staying in the house alone.

This is not a shared house, but a home. It is not a house for parties, however occasional gatherings are totally welcome as long as there is respect for the house and neighbors.

The house is, and I would ask that it should be, kept very clean and tidy at all times.

The room is furnished with a three door wardrobe, a bedside cabinet, bedside lamps and a computer table. I put two single beds together which makes a large double, but you are welcome to bring your own as long as, by signing an agreement, you take it away should you leave the house.

Fully equipped modern kitchen, central heating and wi-fi.

It is in a nice quiet cul-de-sac, away from traffic noise.

Two minute walk from Christchurch Road, only 5 minute walk to Pokesdown train station, 10 minute walk to Southbourne high street and beach.

Rent includes bills.

Weekly rent accepted, 4 weeks deposit.

Females preferred please.
