Double room to rent, in a big beautiful house in sunny Southbourne. Close to Southbourne high St. Pokesdown train station and bus stops. Close to the beach too!
Ideally I'm looking for a fun, friendly, relaxed, professional lady, or mature student, to share my home. I'm a friendly 'young' 45 and my son is a respectable 17 year old. We occasionally have a forgeign student staying with us too, so can be a busy household. But always relaxed!
There are two bathrooms. One lounge and one dining room. The house has been freshly decorated, with new carpet and bed etc. Bedroom overlooks the garden. Can offer a double bed or single bed, or bunks. Whichever you'd prefer.
All bills included, including WiFi of course!! Use of laundry, garden etc too.
