I am looking for a cat friendly flatmate to share my 2 bed first floor flat in Southbourne. It is close to shops (co-op, takeaways and laundrette) and the 1b bus route. 15 min walk to Southbourne high street or Tuckton high street.
It is a large room available immediately. Furnished with built in wardrobes, a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, a reclining armchair and plenty of drawer space.
The flat has a lovely south facing garden with direct access from the flat.
Share bathroom and kitchen (usual fixtures and fittings, washer-dryer, oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer).
I am a 39 year old professional female who works at home and sometimes away. I have two cats with lovely personalities.
