About the pad...I will have a double room to let in a 2 bed converted church within its own grounds in a quiet area of southbourne/pokesdown from the 1st march 2015 after my current housemate leaves. Superb 2 floor fully furnished property that really has to be seen. The pad is currently fully furnished by myself however the room to let will be unfurnished. A very cosy and quirky pad and within striking distance of all amenities and bus/train links and 5mins walk to southbourne cliffs/seafront & with On street parking only.
