Hi,

I have a double room to let in my brand new, new build maisonette in Swanage.

The flat is brand new - I have only just bought it, I am never there and it seems stupid to just have it sat there so thought I would give this a go.

I smoke so smokers are very much welcome. I am as laid back as they come.

Forget credit checks, references etc. and nosey landlords that want to know what you had for breakfast 5 years ago - I just want to meet you face to face, if we like one another then cool you can move in that day.

I have the fastest broadband you can get, and everything in the flat is new (fridge, bed, sofa etc). It is a truly beautiful place with views of the hills, walking distance to the beach, the best landlord ever so whoever rents it will be very pleased.

There is a dedicated off road parking space, our own entrance, a shared bathroom with a shower over the bath, brand new combi boiler, gas central heating, and broadband with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime etc. included.

I am flexible on the rent and deposit and I do not care if you work or not. You cannot claim housing benefit if you live here though sorry. Gay, straight, old, young, black, white, male or female I am not bothered. Just make sure you pay the rent on time *** allow me sleeping on the sofa on the rare occasions I do stay *** and don't take the mick and we will be good.

I have not got round to taking photos yet but trust me the room is big, bright and airy with some lovely views, the flat is totally immaculate and the area great. It is on the brand new housing development called, "COMPASS POINT".

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask and I will endeavour to get back to you promptly. This is so much better than everything else on here in the locality so act fast before it is gone. If you want it but are not planning on moving in for a little while then that is fine too - just pay me a deposit and I am happy to hold it for the right person.
