Large double room available to rent for up to three months only in Swanage. Great distant views of Swanage Bay. I own the property but am currently working away and therefore not there all the time. Cottage is stylish and well kept and I want to keep it that way so you would need to be clean and tidy and clear up after yourself(ves). Rent is 400 per month for a single person, 500 for a couple, plus share of heating bills. Cottage is located about ten minutes walk from the centre in a very quiet terrace but close to a pub, restaurants and supermarket.
