Spacious furnished newly refurbished double bed room in the heart of Wallisdown with easy access to both Bournemouth and Poole town centres and a 10 minute walk to Bournemouth University.

We are a young couple who recently bought our first house, I am a young professional and my girlfriend is in her final year at Bournemouth Uni.

We are offering a lovely furnished double bedroom with access to wireless internet (BT Infinity) and Sky TV channels.

The house has one bathroom which is located next to the room on offer and a small toilet downstairs. Other than that the house has a large dining room with plenty of space to have friends around for some dinner on the big dining room table.

You are more then welcome to use the lounge with two generous sofas and a TV and also the kitchen with washing machine, oven, fridge, dishwasher etc.

Next to the house is a garage which you are more then welcome to use for a bike or other things you may have.

We have a large garden which gets plenty of sun during the afternoon/ early evening which can be used for a BBQ or sun bathing. We are currently in the process of redesigning our garden which means it can be a bit messy at stages but we are getting there.

Our house is a 10 minute walk from the University and around 15-20 min bus journey into either Bournemouth or Poole town centre.

My girlfriend and I are very active and social, for example we enjoy having BBQs at the beach after work, going for a swim/ body boding in the sea or just going for a run. We also like cooking, if you are not sure what to do one night you are always more then welcome to join in.
