Property is less than 5 mins walk to Westbourne and Liverpool Victoria, less than 10 mins walk to Bournemouth town centre and the beach. Inclusive of bills. I have 2 friendly house cats that are no trouble, and love company. Prefer non-smokers but smoking is OK on the Balcony.
