Double room available in spacious flat in great, quiet location - 5 minute walk to beach and 10 minutes to Westbourne with it's shops, bars and all main bus routes to Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.

It's a light, airy room with a built-in wardrobe - the room is unfurnished, however I do have a double bed, chest of draws and shelving units available for a negotiable fee. The flat has two bathrooms, a large lounge and kitchen including a dishwasher. There's one off road parking space and loads of on road parking. We have a cleaner who comes every fortnight.

We are two laid back guys who are looking for like minded people who are sociable, clean and tidy. The rent includes all bills for £475 per month. The move in date is negotiable with the outgoing tenant but would ideally like to get someone in mid June, start of July.
