En suite room available for short term stay

We have one bright double room available soon until miid June for a working professional.

Excellent location in walking distance of Weymouth town centre, college beach and train station. On bus routes to Dorchester.. On street parking available outside the property.
The room has an en suite shower room and tv. The room is fully furnished and bedding/towels will be changed regularly.

Access to kitchen/lounge including washing machine.

Please note - single occupancy:
£150 for 7 nights
£135 for 5 nights per week
£125 for 4 nights
£100 for 3 nights (min per week)

Please note this would not be suitable as your permanent home. It would suit someone working in the area for a short contract or someone who goes home to their permanent home regularly.
