So here's the deal.....This is a roomy, fully furnished flat that you would have sole occupancy of for most of the year. I only come back to sleep over for a couple of nights in December and August. The rest of the time the flat would be yours. Near to town and just across the road from 24 hour Asda.....useful!! I retain the use of one bedroom, to store my things, you have the other double. I pay all bills, to keep everything in my name, (though there is a proviso that you don't go crazy with my electricity, gas and water!). This includes Council Tax and super fast, unlimited broadband. All you have to do is enjoy and look after my quite spacious, quirky little flat near to the town centre. Quiet, honest, reliable, working people only, no loud parties and flat will be inspected regularly to make sure it's ok. Long term let to the right person/people. Low ceiling kitchen makes it not suitable for really tall people ....sorry!
