2 bed room flat share with me

Wanted a single professional person to house share with me on a 2 bedroom flat in central Weymouth and pay half of all bills each month with me including rent council tax ,water gas electric too(and half depoist as is though agent.)only people in full time employment need to apply. only single people need apply, no smokers allowed in property or pets , message on here only thanks for reading the area of place is weymouth tc area not my current postcode in park district listed the costs both of us must pay the share of rent per month is £320 and deposit £475 each which the landlord requires up front, i f ain't got this don't reply as i have alll my half waitig to go now regards brian parsons
