Large Double room size 4.5m x 4.7m (14'9" x 15'6") available in friendly Victorian family house on main road in Wimborne. As it is a Victorian House there are no en-suites but there are two bathrooms /shower rooms and a separate toilet.. The room available is a first floor room opposite the shower room. Looking for a respectful tenant who is welcome to share the kitchen facilities to cook (but should be clean and tidy) and use the washing machine. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking as well as a space to store your food. The room is furnished with a large settee, double bed, desk , wardrobe and chest of drawers and I can provide bedding and towels should you need them or you can use your own....
At present the house is occupied by myself and my partner and there are two other rooms which are rented out to a male and a female lodger. Outside is an attractive garden which you are welcome to use when the weather is good enough.
We are looking for a friendly person who will be able to relax and get on with the rest of the crew ( which does include two cats). If you might be interested in living with us please feel free to get in touch and come round to meet us and have a look at the room and the house....

We are fairly laid back and flexible live in landlords who are willing to accommodate your needs if we can. Smoking is permitted, though outside the property only .
We are also happy to have children stay over some weekends as we have had lodgers do this in this past. This room does have a single pull out bed under the double one for this purpose. We are situated a few minutes walk from Wimborne town centre and from the market but also on a bus route to Poole. We are happy for lodgers who want to use the room full time or for a contractor who might want Monday to Friday only. Any questions please get in touch.
