The premises is within a 5 minute walk of the train station with mainline routes from Weymouth through to London, and easy driving commute to Poole, Dorchester and Weymouth areas.

The room is on the ground floor and has adjoining shower/bathroom. It has a large double fitted wardrobes with full length mirrors on. also currently fitted with a single bed, bed side drawers and glass desk unit. Any of this can be changed/removed on request.
The house has a large open plan kitchen/dinner fitted with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, good new combi microwave, dish washer and washer/dryer. There are patio doors looking onto the large rear secure garden lawn surrounded by attractive flower borders.
There is a large lounge area. All of which you will have full use of.
I have some storage space if required in attic and secure garage area.
There is a large amount of communal parking out the front.

I have a professional job and am a very house proud clean and tidy individual. I would like to let to another working professional (No DSS) with similar standards and good hygiene practices.
I work shifts which do include occasional nights now and again so would prefer someone who can respect that and prefers a quiet living rather than a party lifestyle.
