The tenants are peaceful, friendly and responsible young professionals (in 20s and 30s). A young professional or a sensible student would fit in well.

Rent includes all housebills (utilities, council tax, superfast wifi, licence for communal TV, waste disposal and water). There is a washing machine & dryer. House is double glazed with gas central heating.

The house is not suitable for parties (working people) although the housemates are sociable.
