Room available in riverside flat
Master room to rent in 2 bed flat. The flat backs on to the park, with easy access to the hospital, town centre and supermarket all within ten minutes walk. With bills, total rent is about £400 a month. Built in triple wardrobe in the room. Shared living room. All furnished. TV points in all rooms but I have only put a TV in living room. There is one designated parking space for the flat and I do not drive.
I'm not particularly interested in living a student lifestyle any more so looking for someone clean and peaceful through the week at least. Would like someone sociable. I enjoy an active lifestyle, running, biking etc. I am happy staying in or going out at a weekend but am not interested in a party flat!
