Looking to rent my spare double bedroom.

Hi folks, I'm looking to rent my spare double bedroom in a nice quiet flat. Very local to shops, takeaways and local transport lines. Bus & Train. 5 minutes walking distance from train station. Rent per week includes- rent, council tax, internet and electricity. Rent is paid weekly every Friday due to when bills are paid. I'm looking for an immediate move in with flatmate, I've been a tenant here for a year now and I love it. In the bedroom there is a double bed & also a wardrobe. There's also the option of two hall cupboards also that are empty. You would have the full run of the house. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. I'm easy ossy and looking for a flatmate who is clean, tidy, reliable and great to get on with.
