Lovely double room, all week or Mon-Fri short let

Double room available until 22nd September for 1 person in a quiet, well furnished new home on the main route to Aberystwyth. Daughter(11) stays over 2 nights a week and we have two very small, quiet dogs.

The house is in Bow Street, 3. 5 miles from Aberystwyth town centre. 10 yards from bus stops with shop, butchers, post office, cafe, 2 pubs, deli and take-away all within 10 minutes walk.

The room has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, wardrobe, bookcase, armchair and TV. Wi-fi also available.

Family bathroom with bath and separate shower, additional downstairs toilet. Kitchen - full cooking facilities, washing machine, tumble dryer, small sofa. Garden - patio, decking area, gas BBQ, lawn, garden shed.

As my school-age daughter is here regularly we do request references. We are looking for an easy going female either a student or working professional. We keep the place tidy and would want you to do the same, but we are not clean freaks. Lift available into Aber most mornings, if the timing is right.

No smokers or couples sorry.
For very short lets (Under 2 weeks) rent is £90/wk.
We can also do Mon - Fri / Sun - Thurs lodging arrangements at reduced rate.
