Large double room in period house. Rural location handy for Aberystwyth, Lampeter, Aberaeron, Tregaron. Ample off road parking; quiet lane; conservatory, large garden, fields, views. Live in landlady works quietly at home and prefers tidy person who wants peaceful lodgings and the freedom to do their own thing. Short stays or part of week preferred - perhaps for someone traveling to the area for work. Rent of £50/week applies to limited nights per week stay e. g. days between Mon-Fri or weekends. Other lengths of stay negotiable. Must like dogs as there is one friendly but rather old fella in residence. Preference given to someone who does not need this as a permanent address. Initially 2 months max - could be extended. References and security deposit required.
